BWC Only - SpeedChart Keys for Verizon Invoices

All BWC Verizon invoices are vouchered using the SpeedChart Key “381041521” (the Verizon BWC Account Number). To enable BWC to voucher these invoices by Department Code, SpeedChart Key “381041521” contains approximately 80 distribution lines. Always enter the extended amount prior to executing the SpeedChart.

 

All of the distribution lines from the SpeedChart must be reviewed against the line items of the invoice. The line items from the invoice are matched to the distribution lines of the SpeedChart based on the Department code (identified on the invoice as the “Cost Center”). Each distribution line Amount field must be updated to reflect the “Total Charges” of the matching invoice line item.

 

• If the invoice reflects "No Cost Center" on a line item, look for the Department Code following the cellphone user's name.
• If the Department code cannot be determined, voucher using the default SpeedChart outlined in the Agency Default Coding topic.
• Associates are to request the original invoice from ECM due to illegibility of the original Verizon invoice.
• Adding the Cost Center equivalent department code to the default code will notify BWC to create the SpeedChart associated with that department code.
