For non-PO vouchers, if the "FSS Standard Invoice Pre-Processing Form" is provided without a SpeedChart Key or ChartField coding, the voucher should be debit coded with agency default coding.
If the agency's Business Unit is listed in the table below with a SpeedChart Key, create the Distribution Lines of the voucher with the SpeedChart Key. If not, create the Distribution Lines of the voucher with the default ChartField coding (i.e., Fund, Account, ALI, Department, and Service Location).
If a SpeedChart contains distribution lines, the invoice amount must be entered prior to applying the SpeedChart. Best practice is to always enter the invoice amount when applying a SpeedChart.
