Accessing the OAKS Travel & Expense Module

The pre-audit process starts after the traveler submits the expense report and all required supporting documentation.

The myOhio site and OAKS Financials (OAKS FIN) are state of Ohio computer applications, which may be accessed and used only for official state business by authorized personnel. State employees access OAKS applications based on assigned security roles through the myOhio.gov website.

Steps

 

  1. Enter the OH|ID Workforce User ID (8-digit employee number) in the  Username field.

  2. Enter Password.

  3. Click Log In.

 

  1. Click the My Workspace tab.

 

  1. Click the Globe icon next to Financials.
