Running T&E Reports

The OAKS Travel & Expense module offers numerous queries or reports to help monitor the travel and expense process. This section reviews the most common travel and expense reports used by the OSS Pre-Audit team.

• OAKS queries or reports contain data from the last business day and will not contain the current day's data.

What do you want to do?

• View a record of pre-auditor "send back for revision" comments? (OH_TE_COMMENTS_AUDIT)
• View the entire T&E audit queue? (OH_TE_ER_PREAUDIT_QUEUE)
• Review the status of any expense report (past, present, paid, or unpaid)? (OH_TE_MASTER_ER)
