What is Quality Assurance?
Quality assurance is a way to avoid problems when delivering services to our customers by meeting or exceeding service level expectations. By systematic review, verification is made that work has been done accurately. If an error is detected, the associate is notified and the error corrected quickly.
Quality is at the very core of our commitment to our customers. Because of this, a strong quality assurance process is key. The Quality Assurance (QA) team evaluates random samples of work completed by OSS Associates from various service lines to ensure that quality standards are being met.
Customer service is the driving force behind what everyone does at Ohio Shared Services (OSS). The QA team works to maintain a culture of quality and continuous improvement at OSS. Service First is not only a promise to our customers to exceed expectations, but an attitude. Customer satisfaction and a healthy work environment are mutually supportive and necessary to succeed.
Referencing the Performance Based Pay Plan, in the Partnership Agreement, Shared Service Associates (SSAs) will advance through pay range steps and be eligible to receive pay supplements based upon their individual and team performance based metrics.
