SharePoint For the Contact Center

SharePoint is a collection of web-based tools that make it easy to access information and collaborate with each other. The landing page (i.e., home page) of SharePoint is OBM@Work. OBM@Work displays OBM-wide resources and information. However, there are also SharePoint sites for different divisions of OBM.

Accessing OBM Shared Services (OSS) SharePoint site

To access Sharepoint:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
   •  OBM@Work page displays.

2. Click Shared Services link.

   

   • The OBM Shared Services SharePoint site displays.

The top of this page also contains a navigation bar to navigate to specific areas. The two main pages used by Contact Center are the "Transaction Processing" page and the "Contact Center" page.

Contact Center Site

• OBM Shared Services Home page > Contact Center

Use the Contact Center site for:

• Helpful phone numbers
• Email calendars
• Special events

Transaction Processing Site

• OBM Shared Services Home page > Transaction Processing

The Transaction Processing page contains useful information and resources for the AP, T&E, and VM service lines. There are several main components of this page. On the far left, you will see a Quick Launch toolbar. This is a very quick, easy way to navigate directly to a particular section of the site. The middle section contains WebParts that are used for announcements, calendars, resources, and other information.
