Working an Exception Code 98: VOLT Interface Errors (AP53 Errors)

VOLT Interface Errors are vouchers that fail the overnight build process. Common reasons for these vouchers to fail include:

The AP CRM person is responsible for resolving these errors each morning. There are two options to view Interface Errors:

 

Option 1: Via the FSS Sorter Page

  1. Go to the UDS Image Matching Page:
  2. Change these items to assigned and assign them to yourself.
  3. These invoices need to be processed through OAKS. Review comments before processing.
  4. If you can process and save the invoice move to the next one; if not, return to the agency based with appropriate exception code based upon error message received during processing.
  5. While processing the Interface Errors, review all items on Team 1 either as Exceptions or Assigned to see and confirm if they are there for a valid reason or not.

 

Option 2:  Via the OH_AP_OSS_VOLT_INTERFACE_ERROR query

  1. Run the “OH_AP_OSS_VOLT_INTERFACE_ERROR” query via the OAKS Query Viewer.
  2. Click Excel.
  3. Click Open on File Download.
  4. Resolve the issues.
